Partner Spotlight: Caregiver Action Network
We’re proud to spotlight our ongoing partnership with Caregiver Action Network (CAN), the leading national nonprofit supporting the 105 million Americans who care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, or aging-related needs.
Earlier this year, Eleplan was honored to join the Caregiver Innovation Council, a new initiative led by CAN to advance bold, human-centered solutions for caregiving in the U.S. As a founding member of this Council, we’re working alongside fellow innovators, advocates, and organizations who share a common belief: caregivers deserve better systems, more support, and tools that truly meet them where they are.
As Amanda Lukof, CEO and Co-Founder of Eleplan, shared:
“Caregivers are holding together complex lives, often quietly and without recognition. At Eleplan, we offer a tool that gives them back time, clarity, and peace of mind.”
Why This Partnership Matters
Eleplan was built to help caregivers organize and share what matters most. Managing care shouldn’t mean managing chaos. The Caregiver Innovation Council brings this mission into a broader conversation about policy, technology, equity, and access.
Together with CAN, we’re advocating for a future in which caregivers are recognized not just for their sacrifice, but for their central role in our healthcare system and supported accordingly.
Looking Back at National Family Caregivers Month
This November, we were proud to support National Family Caregivers Month alongside CAN. This year’s theme, Plug-in to Care, focused on helping caregivers connect to the tools, networks, and resources that can lighten their load and strengthen their support systems.
Whether it’s educational content, digital platforms like Eleplan, or simply the reminder that no one has to do this alone, the campaign served as a powerful reminder that caregiving is not meant to be carried in isolation.
About Caregiver Action Network
Caregiver Action Network is the nation’s leading family caregiver organization. It provides free education, peer support, and advocacy for family caregivers across all ages, diagnoses, and relationships. Their work supports everyone from parents of medically complex children to adult children supporting aging parents and every caregiving situation in between.
What’s Next
This partnership is just the beginning. As we look to 2026, we’re excited to continue working with CAN to scale compassionate solutions that meet the real and evolving needs of caregivers across the country.
Because the person at the center of the care plan matters.
But so does the person holding it all together.
